The hotel staff just refer you to the billing department (who does not answer the phone) and who does not return phone calls after leaving a message. Then, I had to wait for the refund of one night to be put back into my account only to have the authorization for incidentals (which is $150) remain on my account for the full 10 days. First off, I was charged for one night when my stay was supposed to be complimentary.
From the beginning, it seemed like there was misinformation from the staff at the hotel on several things. I wasn’t too impressed with the stay at this location.
